      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Set up records and coding for new defined benefit plans and participants
      - Complete assigned projects involving data gathering, processing benefit calculations, and analysis
      - Drive client conversations to assess needs and communicate effectively with internal partners
      - Identify and implement improvements at the individual plan level and overall processes
      - Develop and apply tools to enhance data management efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related field OR 3+ years of work-related experience
      - 3+ years of experience using defined benefit systems
      - Strong mathematical, technical, and analytical skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to interpret complex plan provisions and manage a heavy workload
      - Proficiency in spreadsheet and database software, SQL, or similar packages

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive testing experience with a focus on precise data validation
      - Familiarity with payroll systems or direct payroll experience
      - Outstanding problem-solving skills and proactive thinking abilities
