What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide governance and oversight to global employee resource groups
- Ensure ERG strategic plans and programming align with company D&I strategy
- Assist with design, development, and support of specific D&I projects and initiatives
- Manage databases and create analytics to measure ROI and effectiveness of ERG's
- Additional projects, tasks, and responsibilities to support the company DEI strategy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS or equivalent University degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in diversity and inclusion or ERG leadership
- Experience with budget management
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to create and enhance membership databases
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Demonstrated awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity
