      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the implementation and lifecycle of programs and initiatives that support DEI and HR strategy
      - Develop detailed project plans for DEI and various HR initiatives
      - Manage and coordinate all activities leading to the successful completion of projects
      - Support Employee Network Groups and ensure alignment with the D&I strategy
      - Support D&I comms strategy through presentation development and maintaining website content

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of project management, program management, or change management experience
      - Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead complex projects
      - Experience creating and managing project plans to support effective implementation of programs and initiatives
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
      - Prior HR experience
      - Knowledge of best practices and trends in diversity and inclusion
      - Experience with Employee Resource Groups and D&I related programming
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
