      Your Role and Responsibilities

      As a Delivery Consultant with subject matter expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite, you will work closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with your clients' goals. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery while leveraging your consultative skills such as problem-solving issue- / hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills. As a member of IBM Technology Expert Labs, a team that is client focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical, you'll collaborate with clients to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.

      In this role you will be responsible for the following:

      • Use consulting skills, business knowledge and package solution expertise to effectively implement package technology in a client business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
      • Lead working sessions to understand client business requirements.
      • Work closely with client stakeholders to define and document client specific business needs and requirements.
      • Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis and functional design documents.
      • Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business decisions related to industry and/or functional area.

      Required Technical and Professional Expertise

      • 5 years of experience working with IBM Maximo + MAS solutions.
      • Must have prior strong project team technical leadership experience with multiple successful Maximo + MAS project implementations and migrations.
      • 5 years of experience working with and leading MAS and EAM functional expertise for MAS Migration assessments,
      • 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical position with the implementation and utilization of fully integrated enterprise asset management system.
      • Must be able to convert functional requirements into technical specifications and configure, tailor and or customize solutions including building interfaces.
      • Ability to create & update advanced technical documentation.
      • Must possess strong communication skills & the ability to work well in a project team environment.

      Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

      • 5 years of experience as a software implementation consultant in a client environment.
      • 5 years of experience serving as a leading participant in business process workshops and presenting solutions and best practices recommendations.
      • 5 years of experience with full life cycle solution implementations including requirements, configuration, and testing.
      • 5 years of experience with post implementation support (i.e. security administration, configuration issues, etc).

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
