O que irá fazer
Role purpose: Delivery engineer - CCS Services will be responsible implementing, and maintaining OCS Product features that enable GSM products and services.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• GSM Products & Services charging logic configuration and optimization for commercial PI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, vendors and design, to achieve business objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Delivery of OCS logic optimization scope identified in operations (continuous improvement)Core competencies, knowledge, and experience
• knowledge of consumer product and service development, including user research, product design, agile development methodologies, and go-to-market strategies
• Efficient OCS application configuration enabling commercial products and services
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsMust have technical / professional qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 1 year application maintenance or IT network (Windows\Linux\Cisco\Juniper\other) maintenance experience
• Understanding of platform architecture and design principlesKey performance indicators
• Best Customer Experience (Yield above 90%)
• Lead in Efficiency (Systems and applications configured for OPEX efficiency)
• Secure by Design ( Zero Vulnerability implementation )
