Strategic Integrator

Key Role:

Work closely with Booz Allen’s Enterprise Operations corporate leaders in support of cross functional initiatives to break down corporate silos and deliver well thought through holistic solutions to solve complex enterprise challenges. Work on Booz Allen’s Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions (ETSS) – Business Systems Portfolio Transformation Team. Be responsible for coordinating and integrating the activities and outputs across multiple service areas and projects within a program. Oversee successful delivery of Business Systems strategic and cross-functional projects and services, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Plan, execute, and oversee project delivery from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Lead and manage a team of internal and external resources ensuring alignment with project goals and providing coaching and mentoring. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in project management or delivery management roles, within business operations or corporate back-office functions such as HR or Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal
• Experience successfully delivering complex projects on time, within scope and budget
• Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Jira
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle
• Ability to complete business analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of business systems processes
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
