Delivery Project Executive, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Conceptualize and implement strategies for growth of business opportunities. Deliver consistent profitability and bottom-line profitability through effective program management. Oversee the quality management system and lead teams in tracking service and solution deliverables. Partner with senior leadership team to define project scope, propose solutions and conduct solution review with stakeholders. Propose cost effective engagement models and take corrective actions when necessary. Lead the team in applying the appropriate process standards to ensure service delivery activities are performed properly and in accordance with the contract. Manage issues that have been escalated beyond the initial tier of resolution. Generate and track revenue forecast to meet expected profit. Utilize Customer Relationship Management, Agile, Safe and DevOps. Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Project Executive or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Customer Relationship Management, Agile, Safe and DevOps. $139693.00 to $223400.04 per year. Full time. H7T.
