ROLE SUMMARY:

The Delivery Specialist/Long Haul Driver is the lifeline to our customers and business partners. Happy, Hungry, & Focused customer service is an absolute must as we expect this role to assist in building upon our wonderfully established relationships with our business partners/clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience, customer service experience, and a clean driving record.

WHAT YOU'VE DONE:

Minimum 1 year of delivery/long haul driving experienceMinimum 2 years of customer service experienceBox truck experience preferredCannabis experience is a plusComfortable with technology and learning new apps and systemsFlexible with handling continuous changeDetail oriented and able to keep meticulous records of paperwork

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Make B2B deliveries daily to our valued clients in cannabis dispensariesMake procurement/ product pick ups from our business partnersLong Haul route once per week on averageManage inventory for deliveries and pick-upsHandle cash when picking up payment for accounts receivableFollow internal procedures and SOP's to keep cash organized and protectedComplete daily reports associated with deliveries and pick-upsProvide outstanding business partner/client serviceShare product knowledge with business partners/clients as directedCommit to always demonstrating our core values:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to drive a van and/or car for eight (8) – twelve (12) plus hours dailyAble to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs dailyAble to stoop, stretch, twist, bend, etc.Good vision and hearingConsistent, reliable, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts
