      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Triage denial root causes and execute appropriate next steps for resolution
      - Analyze and research denial reasons for assigned denial codes, differentiating between claim denials and payment variances
      - Train staff on payer websites and provide guidance on website navigation
      - Document all actions taken during the denial resolution process, ensuring clarity and adherence to guidelines
      - Participate in payer and internal audits, supporting requests for information and maintaining documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma
      - Four or more years of experience in health care billing functions
      - Proven experience in denial resolution processes and health care billing
      - Advanced knowledge of claim form content and submission requirements
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to document actions clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience navigating MassHealth and Medicare claims processing applications
      - Proven track record of successful performance and goal achievement in billing functions
      - Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams
