What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the dentist in all phases of four-handed dentistry
- Perform mouth-mirror inspections and chart findings
- Take impressions for diagnostic and opposing models
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of operatories and equipment
- Expose, process, and mount radiographs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of Dental Assistant experience or completion of a Dental Assistant Program
- Certification by the State of California to take Dental X-Rays
- Current certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Valid California Driver's license, proof of insurance, and personal transportation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a dental clinic environment
- Familiarity with preventive oral health concepts
- Ability to effectively communicate with low-income community residents
- Skills in basic office management techniques
- Bilingual skills to assist with translation as required
