      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage auditing of group and individual benefits and review customer survey trends
      - Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring quality service levels
      - Track vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements
      - Assist in creating and maintaining training documentation and project files
      - Lead multiple medium to large complex projects and document business requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience with data analytics
      - Basic working knowledge of the dental insurance industry and related operations
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of business process analysis and improvement experience
      - Experience in a team-oriented collaborative environment
      - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Familiarity with process mapping and documentation
      - Knowledge of CDT coding
