- Provides service recovery and turns complaint situations into positive experiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient typing skills and ability to work in multiple computer systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change
- Ability to multitask and interact with customers while documenting calls
- Must have high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 megabits per second

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service experience
- Experience in dental insurance or related fields
- Professional experience in training or teaching
