- Conduct patient screenings, including oral health assessments and dental history reviews
- Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth
- Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments and materials
- Document patient care and treatment plans in dental records
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
- Monitor and maintain sterilization protocols for dental instruments and equipment
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in Missouri
- CPR Certification
- Nitrous Oxide and Block Anesthesia Certification
- Ability to numb own patients
- Experience working with digital dental software (digital records, radiographs, intraoral camera)

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual to help provide the most efficient dental care for our community. You would be joining a wonderful, laid-back, existing team of Dental Hygienists, with an established and thorough periodontal protocol. This position offers flexible hours with great benefits and the opportunity to join a close-knit team.
