      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a mobile school-based dental sealant program
      - Work with school nurses and administration to support and screen school children
      - Provide preventive services such as prophy's, applying dental sealants and fluoride, and educating children and parents
      - Collaborate with local dentists to refer children with treatment needs
      - Maintain patient records and inventory of supplies while adhering to all relevant laws and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of dental hygiene practices, educational techniques, and OSHA & HIPAA guidelines
      - Strong communication skills for producing educational materials
      - Ability to work independently and maintain quality control in unconventional settings
      - Supervisory skills for overseeing auxiliary staff
      - Implementation of community-based dental preventive services programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience operating a portable dental unit
      - Computer skills in email, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint
