What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, adhering to company policies and regulations
- Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff to ensure effective team performance
- Consult with patients on treatment options, verifying insurance payments and collections
- Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and create strategies to enhance profitability
- Prepare and lead daily team huddles to optimize patient experience and business performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience managing a team of direct reports
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to leverage data effectively
- Must be a people-centric leader who motivates and inspires others
