What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing home inventory, including new home orders and used home purchases
- Review and approve all new home invoices for appropriate coding and verify the location of assets
- Research inventory discrepancies and inquiries within multiple systems to maintain data integrity
- Generate and analyze inventory reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Collaborate with other departments to understand workflow processes and achieve ongoing company objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including various Microsoft programs and efficient data entry
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
