What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the daily submission and monitoring of individual customers' ACH files
- Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to ensure effective communication and risk mitigation
- Resolve incoming ACH returns and assist with ACH research
- Respond to communication from other financial institutions related to client origination activity
- Assist with daily reconcilement and clearing of settlement and return entries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of bank operations experience with a focus on ACH processing
- Knowledge of ACH format and Nacha Rules
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Windows OS
- Experience in Commercial Customer Service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification
- Knowledge of Fiserv PEP+
- Intermediate understanding of Regulation E, Nacha Rules, and ACH Risk
