What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily operational tasks related to ACH processing and exception review
- Ensure compliance with state and federal banking regulations and bank policies
- Provide support to various departments within the bank as needed
- Conduct daily activity reviews and generate exception reports
- Proactively identify and modify procedures to enhance service levels and operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the financial services industry
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of banking compliance regulations and operational policies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Jack Henry products is preferred
- Familiarity with NACHA Rules and Regulations
- Willingness to pursue AAP Certification if required
- Ability to manage daily report distribution
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
