As a Deputy Assistant Commissioner for Utility Services, you will Supervises the Retail Utility Services Division and the Regulated Utility Services Division.
This is a remote position that is with the Office of Facilities Management, Public Building Services (PBS), in the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-15 salary range starts at $143,736 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience directing, managing, planning, implementing, and evaluating enterprise-wide initiatives, and policies for programs and matters concerning the management and purchase of both regulated and unregulated utility services in accordance with any applicable Executive Orders, state, federal and/or local regulations; and developing and evaluating new policies, methods, and techniques. This experience must demonstrate leadership in the operations management, financial oversight, and advisory/consulting skills on controversial business issues related to analyzing and purchasing utilities specialties such as electricity, natural gas, and carbon-free energy.About the company
