      POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

      The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Deputy Athletics Director to serve in an executive leadership role. This position will serve as the sport administrator for multiple sports and oversees multiple departments. This position may also be responsible for enforcing Title IX compliance and liaison to the Office of the General Counsel.

      MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Sports Administration, Business, or a related field
      • Eight years of related work experience
      • Six years of supervisory experience
      • Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds
      • Ability to work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Master's Degree
      • Legal education or experience with contract negotiation
      • Experience with NCAA compliance enforcement

      ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
