Job Description

- Work closely with the Head of Healthcare and senior team to deliver the best service possible to patients
- Support all pathways that we offer - mental health, primary care etc
- Work across the different sites, providing leadership to the clinical leads and wider healthcare team
- Deputise for the Head of Healthcare when necessary
- Have responsibility for the operational management of the service
- Continuously review and assess the service being delivered
- Review and improve standards and processes
- Support the Head of Healthcare in delivering agreed contractual requirements and targets from NHS England and drive their strategic vision for the service
- Ensure effective day-to-day operational management of all clinical services across the site
- Ensure agreed standards are achieved by leading, developing and motivating your team, ensuring they receive appropriate managerial supervision and performance appraisal

- Have a Clinical Registration, such as NMC,HCPC etc

In this exciting opportunity, you will split your time between HMP YOI Moorland, and HMP Hatfield - the sites are around 10 mins drive apart.
HMP YOI Moorland is a category C men's prison and Young Offenders Institution, and HMP Hatfield is a Category D male and Young Offenders. Both are based in Hatfield, South Yorkshire.
The sites offer a range of healthcare services including Physical Health, Mental Health, Pharmacy and Substance Misuse.Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of £49,000 - £57,000 depending on experience.
Hours This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00.How will we support you?
