As principais funções incluem:

- Analisar, validar e propor melhorias às falhas existentes, com o apoio do arquiteto e líder técnico.

- Envolver-se em todas as etapas do processo, desde o design, desenvolvimento, testes de alterações de versão e solução de problemas quando necessário, proporcionando um ótimo atendimento ao cliente.

- Conduzir discussões importantes com seus stakeholders e analisar o cenário atual em busca de oportunidades para operar e codificar soluções criativas.
