      The Chase Real Estate Design & Construction team sits within the Consumer and Community Bank and is responsible for delivering all capital construction projects for the Retail Branch Network, including new builds, renovations and asset refreshes. The D&C National Programs and Operations team within Chase RE D&C oversees high volume national program delivery (ATM and Signage Deployments) as well as D&C operations, tools and technology.

      Job responsibilities;

      • Accountable for full execution of planned and unplanned book of annual Capital Project work and sign maintenance/repairs
      • Accountable for total program spend (delivering maximum value at minimum cost to Chase)
      • Responsible for project management staffing, budget, CPI/KPIs, Quarterly Business Reviews and overall delivery performance
      • Responsible for process, controls, and efforts to drive efficiencies across the program and its vendors, partnering with the Global Real Estate D&C Global Program Management Office
      • Responsible for scope decisioning and branding review process for all signage replacement projects
      • Responsible for execution and delivery of branding, merchandising and local art for lead market, flagship and community branch new builds and large-scale renovations, partnering with brand, marketing and construction project management teams
      • JPMC signer for all sworn documents related to signage

      Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

      • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, leadership presentation skills and outstanding relationship management skills. Proven leadership and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders
      • Ability to prioritize, delegate and effectively manage across multiple delivery partners
      • Ability to pivot and course correct in highly ambiguous situations
      • Considerable experience and maturity in decision processes and leading/managing diverse teams with conflicting needs or requirements
      • Strong ability to analyze project delivery datasets and glean insights that drive business decisions
      • 5+ years experience in real estate project management
      • 5+ years experience in branding, signage project management or signage service provider/manufacturing sector
