What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write weekly round-up emails to marketing teams, tracking deadlines and project status
- Manage requests for cover art files and licensing rights, maintaining project management systems
- Design and lay out back-of-book templated advertisements for printed books
- Coordinate promotional items from start to finish, including generating barcodes and routing for production
- Provide general assistance to the design team on various projects and administrative tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Genuine interest in book publishing and book-oriented social media
- 0-2 years of experience in project management or a related field
- Proficient in Excel and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Excellent written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines, adapting to changing priorities
