      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers via phone and online, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues
      - Drive sales by understanding customer needs for kitchen and bath projects and following up on quotes to convert them into sales
      - Assist in scheduling appointments for kitchen and bath designers
      - Proactively seek knowledge of kitchen and bath products to serve as a subject matter expert
      - Maintain awareness of industry trends to enhance customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a relevant field
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a contact center environment
      - Sales aptitude, including the ability to close sales and strong presentation skills
      - Familiarity with CDM or CRM systems such as Salesforce
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Excellent organizational skills
