      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise daily operational activities of a team of 10-20 specialists to ensure superior service delivery
      - Maintain daily and weekly statistics for direct reports and analyze department results to troubleshoot operational problems
      - Provide hands-on coaching and performance management for team members
      - Organize and supervise day-to-day operations to achieve key performance goals
      - Serve as the point of escalation for complex customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a leadership role
      - Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Completion of a high school diploma or GED

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      - Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
      - Ability to negotiate and handle customer complaints and grievances
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience in explaining technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders
