What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting participant recruitment and/or research facility operations
- Minimum of 4 years' experience with documentation, metrics, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Must be meticulous, self-motivated, and confident

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with qualitative research methods and unmoderated usability studies
