What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate on architectural projects within a team setting
- Conduct research, site visits, data collection, sketches, and renderings
- Prepare and supervise the creation of design drawings, working drawings, and specifications
- Review plans and specifications for compliance with regulations and standards
- Monitor building permit and LEED compliance processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in architecture
- Minimum five years of professional experience in a design firm; seven years preferred
- Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Office
- Licensed architect preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of license
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with State of Hawaii codes and industry standards
- Familiarity with commercial, education, hospitality, and/or multi-family residential project types
