      Techdirect Certification/maintenance of it will be job requirement.

      Able to bend and lift IT equipment repetitively daily.

      Ability to use small precision tools required for hardware repair.

      Windows OS knowledge/troubleshooting a must.

      Basic Software Troubleshooting

      MAC\Android a bonus

      Intune Experience Preferred

      Powershell Experience Preferred

      • Passionate, Self-motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail, action-and-results oriented.
      • Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills as well as strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
      • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
      • Desktop Support End to End.
      • Produce and Edit Documentation.
      • Support Users from Hire to Retire.
      • Implement new Technologies in EUC space.
      • Be a Team Player.
      • Execute all tasks with highest level of quality and standards.
      Base Salary Range: $ 60000 / Annum - $ 70000 / Annum
