What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Mac OS and Windows environments

- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- BS in Computer Science or a relevant field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Audio Visual experience, with Crestron experience being a plus
- Customer-oriented attitude
