Job Description:
Desktop Support Technician: End User Support; Onsite Support for end users; Standard hardware and software troubleshooting; Thorough knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop Operating systems; Thorough knowledge of Microsoft desktop and cloud-based suite of applications, such as Microsoft 365 (O365); Solid troubleshooting skills; Able to work independently and in a team; Good customer service skills; Familiar with remote troubleshooting tools like GoTo Rescue; Proficient with ServiceNow for ticketing, Knowledge base, and CMDB.
