ServiceNow Developer

• Supports the architecture, design, development, qualification and deployment of applications consistent with product and technical roadmaps.

• Provide technical solutions in IT domain related to ServiceNow CMDB and communicate between business stakeholders / technical developers.

• Work with multiple different teams to solve challenging problems related to architecture at the application level and provide solutions to infrastructure teams to resolve issues in the space of ServiceNow ITOM , ITSM

• Regular communication with clients to provide progress on ongoing tasks and highlight any future or present impedances in timely manner to improve turn

• Handle escalations and improved the rapport with the client by meticulously addressing issues, following up and reducing turnaround time.

• Implement automation to reduce multiple manual tasks done by team, which included automation of server restarts, post clone of lower environment with prod tasks.

• ServiceNow development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, setting up SOAP/REST integration's, creating , migrating Update sets, creating Business Rules, configuring Workflows/Flows.

• Experience in integration of ServiceNow and other applications like CISCO Intersight, Wiz, Infoblox, Azure

• Experience in Fine-tune of existing integration's in ServiceNow instance with applications such as LDAP, Delinea to handle auto-lock password along with the password expiry, which reduced manual efforts of unlocking

• password in Delinea and updating the password in ServiceNow instances.

• Manage all aspects of software development, including planning and scheduling, work allocation and assignment, remedial actions and progress monitoring of multiple projects simultaneously

• Works with engineering project management and principle engineers to deliver applications that meet or exceed product requirements, project schedules and reliability.

• Develops and applies performance and bandwidth models for interactive applications to document network impacts.

• Works with the product development and operations teams to define technical requirements to accompany existing product and operation requirements. Designs and develops use cases in support of the technical requirements. Transforms technical requirements into architectures.

• Assists in vendor technical selection and management including input to specifications and vendor evaluation. Interfaces with outside teams in the development of internal and third party software to support the detailed designs.

• Interfaces with test teams to validate test plans and procedures are representative of fully exercising and validating the product features and capabilities.

• Works closely with development, integration and test teams to ensure product quality. Prepares deliverables for trial and market readiness.

• Drives the continuous improvement of deployed systems by consistently looking for ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Supports operations by providing deployment and sustained engineering support for all responsible systems and technologies. Diagnoses and resolves escalated field issues.

Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year
