Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Developer with expertise in PHP, C#, Java, and JavaScript to join our team. The Developer will handle requests from supported customers, develop solutions in line with OIT strategies, and adhere to incident and change management protocols. This role also involves working within a matrix management environment and collaborating with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• PHP Development : Utilize 3+ years of experience in PHP for developing robust applications.
• C# or Java Development : Apply 3-5 years of experience in either C# or Java programming for building efficient, scalable systems.
• JavaScript/jQuery : Develop front-end components using JavaScript and jQuery with 3-5 years of experience.
• Shell Scripting & Linux : Leverage 1+ year of shell scripting experience (e.g., BASH) and work within Linux environments.
• Version Control : Utilize GIT for source code management.
• Handle multiple requests of varying complexity and work on assignments within a matrix supervisory structure.
• Incident & Change Management : Adhere to OIT's protocols for managing production systems, incidents, and changes.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineers to design applications that align with the organization's goals.
• Assist in the creation of estimates and timelines for project delivery.
• Participate in Agile or Waterfall development processes based on project needs.
• Ensure code quality through disciplined unit testing and documentation.
• Support release management, system changes, and coordinate system updates.
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with portfolio policies, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• PHP Development : Novice to proficient (3+ years).
• C# and/or Java : Proficient (3-5 years).
• JavaScript/jQuery : Novice to proficient (3-5 years).
• Shell Scripting : 1+ year of experience.
• Linux Experience : Experience with BASH or other Linux environments.
• GIT : 1+ year of experience with version control tools.
• Additional experience in C/C++ or Linux Oracle OCA is a plus.
