      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and identify appropriate public and private grants for the employer
      - Write and submit timely, well-documented grants and acknowledgments
      - Serve as a liaison with other departments for grant-related needs
      - Maintain grant procedural manuals and assist with donor appreciation efforts
      - Identify, cultivate, and solicit donors, ensuring proper stewardship of camp donors and foundations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Highly organized with strong follow-through capabilities
      - Ability to work well under pressure and independently
      - Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in nonprofit fundraising or grant writing
      - Familiarity with donor management databases
      - Background in community relations or public engagement
      - Passion for supporting individuals with autism and their families
      - Ability to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders
