What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install and maintain production, staging, and testing environments on AWS cloud
- Provide technical support and communication to customers and internal teams
- Support IT emergencies for both internal operations and customer needs
- Administer databases on Microsoft SQL Server and deploy software solutions
- Manage Windows servers and coordinate upgrades to network software and hardware

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an in-house DevOps or IT and network administrator
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent
- Experience with AWS, SQL databases, and web application deployment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and respond to emergencies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications such as MCSA, MCP, CCNA, or AWS certification
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes technologies
- Experience with monitoring firewalls and security software
- Knowledge of network protocols and LAN/WAN operations
