The Development Sciences Rotation Program (DSRP) is a two year program, with up to four 6 month rotations in different functions of the Development Sciences and Translational Medicine organizations and Computational Sciences. DSRP participants work on technical and scientific projects alongside our Scientists. The rotations are tailored to provide exciting and meaningful assignments, training in technical and business acumen skills, and coaching with rotation managers and mentors.
Education Level: Recent graduates or current senior in a Bachelor's program (recent graduates must be within two years since graduating from an undergraduate program)
Preferred Majors/Disciplines: Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related disciplines
Rotations occur in the following functions:
Throughout the rotation assignments, program participants are considered fixed term employees of their assigned department.
Candidates applying for the DSRP must be highly self-motivated and willing to work within one team or as part of multi-disciplinary teams that strive to ensure the delivery of Genentech’s products to patients. Candidates should also be passionate about helping patients and their local communities. We are open to candidates with a broad range of experiences and backgrounds that bring unique perspectives to meet our business goals.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $61,500 and $114,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
