      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote support through phone and email, resolving customer issues effectively
      - Onboard new patients and assist them in setting up software and Remote Patient Monitoring devices
      - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of tools to diagnose and resolve software issues
      - Collaborate with account managers to identify service opportunities for existing customers
      - Conduct quality control and monitor queues to improve service procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be located in the United States
      - Experience in technical support and/or customer education
      - Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathetic communication
      - Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for managing work
      - Ability to troubleshoot autonomously and adapt to changing customer needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce and Five9
      - Fluency in Spanish or additional languages
      - A proactive approach to process improvement and customer experience enhancement
