About The Role

We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and enhance the platform that powers Breezy. This is a multifaceted role for someone who enjoys hands-on work across the development lifecycle—coding, data migrations, deploys, process automation, and more. You should have a strong software development foundation and be confident navigating the AWS console.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and automate processes that improve team productivity and platform reliability
• Migrate customer data into our system with accuracy and efficiency
• Build and customize reports from customer data
• Support Breezy's infrastructure and help scale it for the future
• Partner with engineers to implement tools that enhance monitoring, performance, and reliability across our products.
• Maintain and improve our internal admin console
• Provide on-call application support as part of the engineering team

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in software development/DevOps
• 2+ years of experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and MongoDB/NoSQL
• Proficiency in general scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Git
• Strong familiarity with Unix/Linux-based systems
• Self-motivated problem solver who can work independently and proactively
• Adaptability to new tools, processes, and procedures
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to team success, with a willingness to go above and beyond
