DevOps Engineer

The Allegion Quality Engineering Team is looking for a DevOps Engineer to collaborate with our Enterprise product teams to help achieve our mission of greater satisfaction and trust in Allegion Software. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a part of a team researching, implementing, and supporting solutions to streamline the way Allegion manages the life cycle of software. You will be on a team that works to solve problems in creative and efficient ways. You will learn to think outside of the box, implement scalable solutions, and learn and follow the best practices of DevOps at an enterprise level.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with different aspects of Allegion to follow industry standard best practices

• Research and implement solutions to improve efficiency, security, and compliance

• Improve our DevOps maturity

• Support and manage existing DevOps tools such as static code analysis, software composition analysis, CI/CD, and more.

• Work on a software product team solving and implementing DevOps related problems

What You Need to Succeed:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• 2-3 years of experience in DevOps engineering

• Understanding of basic programming techniques

• Experience using common DevOps technologies:, Azure DevOps/GitHub, YAML, Terraform, and Azure infrastructure

• The ability to challenge process to effect change
