What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead technical support and service for software installation, testing, and upgrades
- Resolve complex problems and failures in assigned products and technical facilities
- Administer and document technical support activities, including backup, recovery, and data security
- Coordinate testing with application support staff to ensure function, stability, and performance
- Continuously monitor and improve systems and technical infrastructure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems engineering and systems programming, or High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems engineering and systems programming
- Experience with containers, cloud native infrastructure, repositories, and CI/CD pipeline methods
- Familiarity with hardware and software supporting cloud applications
- Knowledge of CNI products like Rancher, openShift, and VMware Tanzu
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in container-related or DevSecOps
- Experience with source code repositories like Artifactory or Harbor
- Ability to be on call rotation 24/7
