      This is a remote position.


      DevOps Engineer, Clearance Required – TS/SCI w/Polygraph


      Please note, this position requires all candidates to currently possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. This position is not an opportunity to be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance.


      The Work:

      This program supports high-volume, near real-time, scalable tools suite used in the processing and dissemination of collection data. These tools provide improved efficiency for agency analysts and free them from time-intensive operations so they can instead direct their expertise towards difficult mission needs.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • A current Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required.
      • Linux
      • AWS, Mash, and VMs
      • Deployments of distributed web applications (e.g. GitLab CI/CD)
      • Terraform scripting and VM provisioning
      • Ansible scripting and development
      • Thorough understanding of Docker & Docker Compose container technology
      • Git

      Bonus Points:

      • AWS, eVo, VM, and UWE environments
      • Docker Swarm
      • Python scripting and development
      • NiFi maintenance and configuration
      • Elasticsearch maintenance and configuration
      • Java / Spring Boot (troubleshooting error logs)
      • HAProxy
      • MongoDB
      • Percona (MySQL flavor)
      • Firewalls
      • Agile software development practices
      • Jira and Confluence

      As a DevOps Engineer, You Will:

      • Design and implement automated workflows for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) to streamline code releases and updates.
      • Manage and maintain infrastructure using tools like Terraform or Ansible, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of the systems.
      • Set up and manage monitoring and logging systems to track application performance, detect issues, and ensure system health.
      • Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to align on project requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve workflows.
      • Implement and maintain security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

      Telework: Up to one (1) day a week for telework.
