What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
- Streamline development processes by automating manual tasks and integrating automated testing and deployment
- Optimize operations using infrastructure as code (IaC) principles with tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Ensure a seamless developer experience by reconciling differing needs and requirements to enhance productivity
- Document service designs and troubleshooting processes for peers and IT staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 3-5 years’ experience in automating system tasks and infrastructure with configuration management tools
- Practical administration experience in Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) as a server platform
- 1-2 years of demonstrated proficiency using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and container technologies like Docker

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab
- Knowledge of observability platforms such as Prometheus or Data Dog
- Understanding of REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs
- Operational experience with Kubernetes in a production environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
