What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Automate deployment and lifecycle management using Infrastructure as Code orchestrators such as Terraform or equivalent in AWS
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, managing pools of agents and tracking artifacts using cloud-native tools
- Conduct daily system monitoring and verify the integrity, availability, and performance of the infrastructure environment
- Manage system backup and disaster recovery procedures, participating in regular testing
- Address and resolve critical system issues on a 24/7 basis, coordinating across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in Infrastructure roles
- Proficient in multiple scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash
- Basic knowledge of SumoLogic, AWS, and CloudWatch
- Experience with various operating systems, including Windows 2016/2019 and RHEL
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker, AWS ECS, and AWS EKS
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog and New Relic
- Ability to design, document, and implement automated unit-testing for configuration management systems
