For this prestigious project, we are seeking engineers with experience in embedded development and a strong background in build processes, continuous integration (CI), and code promotion to contribute to building cutting-edge audio software.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Build and CI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is a critical part of our development process, focusing on triaging issues in the build, continuous integration, and code promotion processes, while continuously improving these processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in build processes and tools, along with expertise in Python, C, and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage daily builds and assist in promoting the builds.
• Collaborate with global teams across China, India, and the USA to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for the CI pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for systematic improvements in build, continuous integration, and code promotion processes and tools.
• Develop and write Python tests for component-level and integration-level automation testing.
• Write and maintain C code for new features or to address defects.
• Analyze and resolve build and deployment issues in a timely manner to maintain a high standard of build quality.
• Continuously monitor and optimize CI/CD pipelines for performance, stability, and scalability.
• Document build configurations, processes, and improvements to share with the team and global resources.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with build processes and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Conan, and CMAKE is highly desirable.
• Python programming skills.
• C programming and experience with embedded systems.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex build issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with global teams.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and configuration management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a DevOps environment.
• Experience with other build tools and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
