Where You Come In:

• You influence: Physicians and healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom products, driving sales growth.
• You train: Healthcare professionals on the use of Dexcom products, ensuring seamless integration into diabetes care practices.
• You commence: Individuals on the Dexcom G6 CGM, providing exceptional customer support to enhance their experience.
• You represent: Dexcom at various industry events and exhibits, showcasing our cutting-edge products and fostering relationships.
• You partner: Collaboratively with Diabetes Territory Business Managers and other departments to drive territory sales growth and execute strategic initiatives.
• You monitor: Progress towards sales goals, adapting strategies as needed to ensure success.
• You manage: Your territory efficiently, balancing travel, time, and resources to maximize impact.
• You execute: Administrative tasks promptly and accurately, supporting overall team effectiveness.

What Makes You Successful:

• Your expertise: Sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries, with a proven track record of success.
• Your communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to effectively train and educate others.
• Your adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness.

• Your skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications, along with a strong understanding of IT concepts.
