      About the role:

      As the Dialer Administrator you will play a pivotal role in enhancing agent performance and optimizing dialer campaign productivity. Your responsibilities will include providing operational and tactical systems support for dialer campaign management activities, implementing and maintaining dialer strategies, monitoring agent performance, and offering insights through reporting and analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and ensuring the distribution and maintenance of relevant hardware or software requirements.

      Our ideal candidate has:

      • At least 3 years of experience in dialler campaign management.
      • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
      • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access or other database systems.
      • Experience in debt collecting or collections in a contact center environment.
      • Analytical responsibilities or experience with predictive diallers.
      • Leadership capabilities.
      • A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Management or Commerce (preferred).

      What you will be doing:

      • Provide operational and tactical systems support for dialer campaign management activities.
      • Implement and maintain dialer strategies and real-time monitoring of outbound dialling, inbound, and digital campaigns.
      • Monitor agent performance and productivity.
      • Provide insights on campaign activities through reporting and analysis.
      • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems related to campaign management systems.
      • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT support teams.
      • Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
