      Digital Acquisition Manager

      As a Barclays Digital Acquisition Manager, you’ll be accountable for the new prospect and customer acquisition for Digital Investing (Smart Investor as well as future propositions) with the object to significantly increase platform and asset growth. Partnering with a team from across the bank to attract new clients while also helping with the retention plans with existing customers will be part of your role. You will be assisted by many functions across the bank, focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention of digital investing customers.

      What will you be doing?
      • Delivering new client acquisition for digital investing, focusing on Smart Investor, with the key purpose of significantly increasing new client to achieve ambitious targets
      • Being responsible for owning the acquisition targets, the activities needed to deliver them and the regular reporting against key performance indicators KPIs
      • Using data and insights to prioritise, develop and report across Owned/Paid Marketing, Content, Colleagues, Business Development and Proposition channels with a focus on SEO
      • Collaborating with internal colleagues to establish SEO KPIs, developing a plan to improve KPIs, including executing & tracking to key milestones as well as measuring and reporting
      • Working with internal development and production teams, external agencies and internal colleagues to move SEO strategy forward including technical and content driven SEO plans
      • Establishing and managing performance, operational and management forums aimed at progressing priorities that will deliver acquisition and commercial growth
      • Pushing the current ways of working and boundaries to enhance creativity and deliver efficiencies in-order to drive digital investing growth at pace
      • Ensuring that activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal Barclays Policies

      What we’re looking for:
      • Exceptional numerical, analytical, and commercial skills
      • Digital and technology savviness with experience at executing via Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, Aggregators and Affiliates as well as Display and Organic Search (SEO)
      • Enjoy working to high growth targets with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs)
      • Able to develop and deliver an acquisition plan and tactical initiatives on time and manage a wide range of priorities with multiple objectives across a matrixed organisation

      • Ability to shape, promote, share and inspire our colleagues and customers to get behind a strategy, plan, product and/or service to deliver positive commercial outcomes
      • Politically astute and able to understand the dynamics of large, complex organisations and a wide variety of stakeholders
      • Excellent commercial awareness - able to deliver activities that drive open accounts and customer investments; set-up, measure and monitor KPIs on a regular basis
      • Relationship skills - work with colleagues across the bank, at all levels, as well as external partners to deliver key initiatives via Barclay’s complex matrix structures
