      *** This position may be located in Bellevue, WA; Herdon; VA; or New York, NY. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in office.

We’re looking for a seasoned digital media professional to join the in-house Ad Operations team that supports all lines of business across the TMUS enterprise. This person will be collaborating internally and externally to bring life to innovative media executions with data-backed business results.

      Reporting to Sr. Manager, Digital Ad Operations and Creative Decisioning, you’ll support a team of like-minded, results-driven media professionals in the ideation of DCO campaign strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of T-Mobile’s digital campaigns. In parallel, you’ll work in partnership with the Digital Media Steering and analytics teams to surface DCO campaign and creative insights and strategic recommendations to drive the business forward.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Support T-Mobile’s enterprise-wide digital personalization and creative testing strategy by ensuring flawless activation of new creatives and tracker integration.
      • Implement the day-to-day tasks within T-Mobile’s ad tech platforms with a focus on creative implementation, ad tag generation, tracker integration, and reporting to support digital campaign activations.
      • Ensure timely activation of new offers through collaboration with T-Mobile’s creative team for creative preview/approval workflows, and with Ad Ops for tracker integration and activation.
      • Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders as it relates to offer activation.
      • Maintain reporting workflows including but not limited to new offer launch, default rates, and delivery in-full validation reporting and analysis.
      • Work with external ad technology vendors to troubleshoot and call out issues that require additional investigation and technical support, working with the Ad Ops Manager and Sr. Manager to resolve discrepancies and unexpected behavior.

      Education :

      • Four-year college degree preferred


      Work Experience:

      • 1+ years of digital marketing experience (creative platform management, ad operations, or similar) whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform
      • 1+ years of experience implementing data-driven campaigns, applying dynamic creative platforms such as Google Studio, Jivox, Innovid, or others.


      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      • A working knowledge of Ad-Servers, DSPs, and the direct digital buying landscape.
      • Hands on experience with the digital creative development process, and a working knowledge of the HTML5 and Rich Media banner development process
      • Experience with the full lifecycle of a digital media campaign from planning to trafficking and campaign setup, QA and launch, ongoing management and optimization, and reporting.
      • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS to address creative troubleshooting or minor code updates.
      • Familiarity with the broader AdTech landscape and an understanding of how each platform fits into the overall Martech stack and enables digital capabilities.
      • Ability to manage a range of campaigns across different products, goals, and target audiences.

      • Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under tight deadlines in a non-traditional work environment.

      • At least 18 years of age

      Washington Pay Range: $ 75,200 – $ 101,700


      The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
      At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which
      is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
