What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the graphic design and development of internal and external communications
- Create or update technical process infographics for contract proposals
- Conduct independent research to create graphic content for corporate social media posts and marketing materials
- Schedule and plan posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite
- Create graphics for business development and proposal efforts while adhering to corporate design standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience with LinkedIn social media marketing
- Advanced graphic design skills with 5 years of experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google and LinkedIn Analytics)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong communicator with a proactive approach to updating leadership on project progress
- Willingness to learn about the proposal process and assist in technical writing as needed
