      Overview

      As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, we are excited to announce the opening of a new position for a Digital Commerce Manager!

      The Digital Commerce Manager will focus on increasing bookings and average order value across our EH digital properties. This role will partner closely with the Marketing Activation, Analytics, Content, Performance Marketing, and the Owned Channel teams to identify growth opportunities on our digital properties. The Digital Commerce Manager will play a central role in growing business attributed to the EH digital portfolio and will ensure that our digital properties are operating at a high level in terms of reservation and revenue capture.

      Responsibilities of this role will include monitoring/analyzing buying trends, sharing insights about digital property performance, identify opportunities for target and tactic testing, work closely with internal and external partners to launch and monitor testing, distill and share test results, implement next best experience and product personalization, and work across the organization to ensure that our digital properties continuously deliver on our promise of the World’s Best and Most Trusted Mobility Company.

      Responsibilities

      • Develop/enhance marketing reporting and analysis for all digital properties.
      • Work with pertinent teams to simplify our test and learn processes.
      • Work with pertinent teams to map and deploy the best nurture and nudge experiences for each target.
      • Work with pertinent teams to create, test, and deploy personalized landing pages and navigation.
      • Analyze and share insights for target, channel, and message enhancements.
      • Analyze and share insights for MarTech and CX enhancements.
      • Analyze and manage onsite marketing messages.
      • Analyze and share insights on the digital property portfolio, including app targeting and usage, cross-property usage, and preference center usage.
      • Manage third-party partners, where applicable.

      Qualifications

      Minimum:

      • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, or other applicable field preferred)
      • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
      • Five (5+) years or more of experience in Marketing or eCommerce analysis, including dashboard development and analysis presentations
      • Three (3+) years or more of Managing digital-property projects
